Mary Bledsoe is Gensler Austin’s Workplace Leader, bringing with her over 25 years of professional design experience and leadership. Mary leads an Austin-based multi-disciplinary design studio with work across the US and Internationally. Focusing largely on technology and creative class clients, Mary is also Gensler’s Southcentral Region Technology Practice Area leader. Mary sits on advisory boards ranging from SXSW Eco to Austin Design Week and Contract Magazine; and is a frequent panelist and speaker in the field of workplace design innovation. An award-winning designer in her own right; Mary now focuses on leading her teams in critical thinking and innovative design solutions for product, graphics, interiors and workplace strategy.
