Muna Hussaini manages Diversity & Inclusion programs focused on Talent Acquisition for PayPal. She is responsible for launching the Recharge Program, which brings women technologists who have taken a career break back to the workforce. Prior to working in D&I, Muna managed technical programs and operations for PayPal’s platform, Magento’s enterprise product, and IBM’s Global Services and Hardware divisions. Muna is a mother and community activist who regularly speaks about her experience as a victim of hate crimes. She serves on the City of Austin/Travis County Hate Crimes Task Force, is on the Board of Interfaith Action of Central TX, is a Fellow of the Shalom Hartman Institute, volunteers with the Anti-Defamation League, and is a member of Austin’s first Sisterhood of Salam Shalom chapter. Muna can eat an entire bowl of Kerbey queso on her own and loves to play volleyball when she has the time.
