Ms. Fields is a Diversity and Inclusion Lead for the Austin Office at Accenture. She is passionate about advancing women and people of color in Information Technology. At Accenture, she supports various Employee Resource Groups and leads training sessions for underrepresented groups. Ms. Fields is active in her community and has started new initiatives in her local church for disadvantaged youth and single mothers. She serves on the Board of Directors for Paul Quinn University in Dallas, Texas in which she serves on several committees including the Executive and Finance committees. As Managing Director in Accenture’s health and public service industry area, Ms. Fields oversees actions including the merging and rolling out of large, complex IT programs for state agencies, non-profits, andinstitutions of higher educations for the Southwest region.
