Bud is a Principal at Vega Factor, a New York-based firm that helps engineer high performing organizations through the science of total motivation, and is part of the team behind the best-selling book Primed to Perform. Over the course of his career, at McKinsey & Company, Bridgewater Associates, Capital One, and Amazon, he has seen how culture can make or break organizations in subtle and not so subtle ways. Bud holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. He’s happiest when helping people and organizations reach their potential, traveling to new places, seeing live music, and bird watching.
