Kelli Newman Mason is the Head of People at New Knowledge, a quickly growing startup that is leading the fight to defend information integrity and public discourse for communities, brands, and industries. In this role, Kelli manages recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and more. Prior to joining New Knowledge, Kelli led People Operations for FabFitFun, helping scale the company from less than 50 employees to almost 400 employees in two years, and for Ladder, helping recruit and retain talent while the company was still operating in stealth mode. Kelli is also the co-founder of Paradigm, a national workplace inclusion strategy firm, and was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to beginning her career in People Operations and Diversity and Inclusion, Kelli was as a corporate lawyer in Silicon Valley. Kelli is a graduate of Rice University and Stanford Law School.
