Founder and CEO, Weeva

Kim Gorsuch, the CEO and founder of Weeva, Inc., is a growth-oriented executive, as comfortable with starting things from scratch as growing them to scale. As LendingTree's SVP for Strategy and M&A, she was a key driver of the company's growth to $750M in revenue. She was also the GM of LendingTree's collection of Real Estate businesses and later ran Business Strategy for parent company IACI, working with the company's collection of 60 brands including Chemistry.com, ServiceMagic and TicketMaster. Prior to LendingTree, she worked at IBM where she was one of the pioneers in the company's transition to business and strategy consulting, working with financial services companies such as American Express and Citigroup.

Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Weeva. Weeva operates a social collaboration platform that enables people to work together to collect and preserve shared experiences. Once the stories are collected, the Weeva team "automagically" turns them into beautiful coffee table books that people cherish. Weeva works with both consumers and companies to create books that showcase shared meaning and wisdom. Weeva's most recent project, "The Culture Book: Volume 1 When Culture Clicks" was created in partnership with Culturati, and is a practical field guide on how to create an amazing company culture from the leaders who have made them. The book features 32 companies including Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, VaynerMedia, IDEO, Netflix and Southwest Airlines
