Liz Jones-Dilworth is a Vice President at JDI. Her role is to craft business strategy with the executive team, with a particular focus on JDI’s financial KPIs. Another big focus is JDI culture, and she enjoys the continual building of her dream company. In 2015, JDI won a Culturati Award for its pro-bono and volunteer work in the Austin community.

Liz is Kolbe certified, and finds it fascinating to work with individuals and teams to boost their productivity and reduce stress. She uses her experience teaching communications at The University of Texas to lead the professional development program at JDI.
