Minda Harts is an Adjunct Professor of Public Service of NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. In 2018, she was named one of 25 Emerging Innovators by American Express. Minda's podcast Secure The Seat has been named one of the Top 20 Inspirational Podcasts of 2018 and she was named one of the Top 12 Inspiring Speakers for 2019. Later this fall, she debuts her book The Memo: What Women of Color Need To Know To Secure A Seat At The Table with Hachette Book Group.
