Suzi Sosa

Suzi Sosa is the co-founder and CEO of Verb, an online leadership development platform that transforms companies and their employees by creating a culture of learning. Verb’s turnkey solution includes a proprietary conscious leadership framework, and unique collaborative learning tools that enable dialogue and connection at large scale. Prior to Verb, Suzi led the social entrepreneurship program at the University of Texas at Austin where she grew the Dell Social Innovation Challenge to be the largest student social enterprise competition in the world. She is the recipient of the 2014 Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the co-author of Social Impact: Adventures in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She is also the founder of several nonprofits, including Austin Women Entrepreneurs and the Austin chapter of Social Venture Partners. She has a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program from UT Austin.
