Jodi-Ann Burey brings a unique cross-sectional perspective that focuses on structural and systemic avenues for social change. She is a frequent guest speaker, moderator and writer on many issues including allyship, intersectionality, universal design for accessibility and DEI corporate strategy.

Jodi-Ann is currently the For All National Partnerships Program Manager at REI with a mission to connect diverse customers and communities with everything they need to live their best life outside. Jodi-Ann is also one of the founding members and co-chairs of the Seattle DEI Community of Practice (DEI CoP), an expansive network of professionals across industry committed to improving DEI practices at work.
