Laura is the Chief People Officer at 3Q Digital. She has been with the company since August 2009 and has helped establish and grow 3Q’s offices across the globe. In her current role, Laura leads the teams responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, HR and benefits, People Analytics, and employee engagement and culture. With her team, she aims to constantly gather feedback from the entire organization to identify areas of improvement and help turn those ideas into reality.
