My name is Madison Butler, and I am the Senior Talent Engagement Partner at Everlywell. I grew up in Rhode Island and moved to Austin in 2016. My work is focused around talent, retention and onboarding. I am an outspoken advocate for diversity, belonging and the ability to be human at work. I am a self proclaimed start-up enthusiast and am passionate about building inclusive teams from the ground up with early stage companies. I am committed to helping change the narrative around what it looks like to be “human at work”, and hoping to help alleviate the need for code switching in the workplace. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling and hanging out with my rescue pups.
